Our Church

We are a team of men and women who have a vision to:

grow in maturity in our relationship with God;

disciple and mentor newer believers; and

reach out to others with the good news of Jesus.

Hills Bible Church is a Baptist fellowship, meeting at

5 Burwood Hwy, Wantirna, in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, Australia.

Under the leadership of our Pastor, Andrew Courtis, Hills Bible Church is robustly evangelical in its theology, upholding the centrality of the gospel with a strong teaching ministry. We are convinced that the word of God alone can give you the “wisdom that leads to salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus” (2 Tim 3:15b).

We are joining with others who are committed to:

proclaiming the lordship of Christ in every area of life;

witnessing to the transforming power of the Holy Spirit in personal and corporate life together;

believing in the supremacy of God’s Word and its sufficiency for all things necessary to life and faith;

practising believer’s baptism as a witness to God’s work in a believer’s life.
